We serve the industry from a network of distribution facilities across the world, providing high quality cement and cementitious products, such as fly ash, bauxite, ground granulated blast-furnace slag to the construction industries. With an emphasis on quality control, NOVACEM is well positioned to meet your needs.

Cement

Cement is the most widely used construction material worldwide. NOVACEM can meet all of your construction needs across the world. It provides desirable properties, such as compressive strength (it has the highest strength per unit cost of any other construction material), durability, and aesthetics to a variety of construction applications. NOVACEM’s high quality can help you lower the total cost of your project.

Gray Ordinary Portland Cement

Our Gray Ordinary Portland Cement is a calcium silicate hydraulic cement produced by pulverizing portland-cement clinker, and usually containing calcium sulfate and other compounds. Our Portland Cements meet all applicable chemical and physical requirements and is widely used in all construction segments: residential, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure.

Our cement company most commonly provides the following types and varieties of cement:

CEM I
Portland cement (OPC) 42.5-R
Portland cement (OPC) 52.5-N
Sulfate-resistant cement 42.5-R
White portland cement 52.5-Rü

CEM II
Composite cement A-M 42.5-R
Composite cement B-M 32.5-R
Composite cement B-M 42.5-N
Fly ash cement B-V 32.5
Slugged cement B-S 42.5-R
Trass cement B-P 32.5-R

CEM III
Blast furnace slag cement

Certificates
Produced in compliance with TS 19 (Turkish), EN 197-1, EN 450-1 (British) and ASTM C150 (American) standards. The quality is also in compliance with Russian standards (Gost) and Israeli standarts (St 1.) the factory has the certificate enabling us to export to Russia and Israel.

Fly Ash

Fly ash is obtained by electrostatically or mechanically precipitating the dust granules, available in the flue gas discharged from the ovens, where pulverized coal is burned.

Fly ash in concrete is widely used across the world to the strength of concrete. Fly ash suppliers such as cement production companies use it to improve workability of fresh concrete and reduce water demand, shrinkage and permeability of the finished product.

Bauxite

Bauxite is a naturally occurring, heterogeneous material composed primarily of one or more aluminum hydroxide minerals, plus various mixtures of silica, iron oxide, titania, aluminosilicate, and other impurities in minor or trace amounts. In addition to being the raw material of aluminum, bauxite has a wide range of use such as the production of elements like vanadium and gallium, refractory industry, chemical industry, the cement industry, production of fire-resistant building materials, oil and natural gas industry, aircraft and automotive industry, metallurgy applications, sandpaper and powders, and iron and chromium production.

Ground Granulated Blast-Furnace Slag

Ground granulated blast-furnace slag, GGBFS, is a sustainable and durable, high-performance supplemental cementitious material derived from the recycled byproduct of steel production. It is used in the production of concrete.
